Easymony is designed to store your financial records primarily on your device. Your transaction data, account data, budgets, categories, and settings are stored locally unless you choose to use backup, restore, or other connected services. We do not sell your personal financial data.
3. Google Drive Backup and Restore
Easymony may offer Google Drive backup and restore features. If you choose to connect Google Drive, the app may access your Google account and store backup files in your Google Drive for the purpose of backing up and restoring your Easymony data. These backups may include your accounts, transactions, categories, budgets, scheduled payments, settings, and other app records.
We use Google Drive access only to provide backup and restore functionality. We do not use your Google Drive data for advertising or sell it to third parties. You can manage or delete Easymony backup files directly from your Google Drive account.
4. Google Sign-In
If you use Google Sign-In for backup or restore, Easymony may access limited account information required for authentication, such as your Google account identifier or email address. This information is used only to connect your account and provide backup or restore functionality.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
Easymony may offer paid features or subscriptions. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play and may be managed through third-party subscription services. We may receive limited purchase status information, such as subscription state, product identifier, transaction status, and app user identifier, to unlock paid features and manage access. We do not receive your full payment card details.
6. Notifications
Easymony may use notifications for features such as budget alerts, scheduled payments, reminders, or app updates. Notification settings may be stored on your device. You can disable notifications through your device settings.
7. App Lock and Biometric Security
Easymony may offer app lock or biometric unlock features. Biometric authentication is handled by your device operating system. We do not collect, store, or receive your fingerprint, face data, or biometric identifiers.
8. Diagnostics and Log Data
When errors occur, limited diagnostic information may be collected through app stores, device systems, or service providers to help improve app stability and performance.

11. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, Google account, passwords, screen lock, and backup files.
12. Data Retention and Deletion
Data stored locally in Easymony remains on your device until you delete it, reset the app, uninstall the app, or delete specific records. Google Drive backup files remain in your Google Drive until you delete them. Subscription and purchase records may be retained by Google Play or subscription providers according to their own policies. If you contact us for support, we may retain your message for as long as needed to respond and maintain support history.
13. Your Choices
You can:
- Add, edit, or delete records inside the app
- Disable notifications in device settings
- Disconnect Google Drive access from your Google account settings
- Delete Easymony backup files from Google Drive
- Cancel subscriptions through Google Play
- Uninstall the app to remove locally stored app data from your device
14. Children and Target Audience
Easymony is a personal finance app intended for a general audience and is not designed specifically for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can take appropriate action. If our target audience or app content changes in a way that affects Google Play declarations or IARC content rating answers, we will update the relevant Play Console information.

Easymony is a budgeting, expense tracking, and personal finance organization tool. Easymony does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Any information shown in the app is for personal tracking and organization only. You are responsible for your financial decisions.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. You should review this Privacy Policy periodically.
